Shipping: Shipping in the US is by US Priority Mail, and the cost is included for all chess software in the US. International shipping is through Global Priority or air parcel post with insurance. I only charge actual shipping costs on international orders. If you would like express shipping, contact me directly and I will post a custom order page for your express item shipment. Payments: I accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club International and Discover, as well as PayPal, personal checks (10 days to clear) and money orders/cashiers checks. I will also accept direct bank wire transfers for payment. Contact me directly if you would like to arrange this, and I will forward you the bank details. Important: If you are doing a bill to/ship to (billing one address, shipping to another), you must include a valid telephone number so that I can call and verify your credit informatoin. This is to prevent fraudulent transactions. I appreciate your cooperation in advance regarding this matter! International orders: BK Chess is happy to serve chess fans all over the world. However, there are certain areas of the world where credit card fraud runs rampant. If you are ordering from one of these areas, you may be asked to fax a photocopy of your credit card (front and back), a copy of your photo ID and your signature for verification. In order to keep costs low for all customers, BK Chess must guard against potential fraud. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause if you are from a high credit card fraud area. Returns: All auction sales are final! Opened software can only be exchanged for a new CD of the same title if the one you have received is defective. If this is the case, I will reimburse shipping cost for the return of the CD for exchange of a new one. All other purchases may be returned within 15 days of receipt (I use USPS Tracking/Confirmation to record delivery date) for a full refund. If returned within 30 days, store credit will be applied. Original packaging and invoice must accompany returns, and mechandise must not be worn or damaged. If you are returning for product defect, shipping will be reimbursed. If you are returning simply because you do not like the item, or have decided you no longer want it, shipping back to me is on you, and a 10% restock fee is applied. Same refund policy applies in this case 15 days for refund, 30 days for store credit. Privacy: BK Chess does not share ANY personal information received from customers with outside sources. I don't like it when my info is shared, so I don't share others'. All on line transactions are handled securely through a 128 bit encrypted connection through Authorize.net. |
