There are several ways to order with Compendia Traditional Games. Please remember that we are a small family company that take the greatest care in looking after your order. If at any time before or after you have ordered online you have any questions, please give us a call or email and we will be happy to answer you. If we have your games in stock we generally post them the day after we receive your order and payment details. If it's going to be over a week before we can send them we will email you. We never take any money from your card until the order is ready to go, so you don't have to pay and then wait ages. There is a post and packing charge, for small items like packs of cards this can be as low as a pound, for larger items and multiple orders it is £5.00 per order. Postage in the UK is capped at five pounds. Overseas postage is charged at cost. It can sometimes be very expensive. There are weight based prices provided on the website, we will charge these where appopriate but we may need to email you if it the order is much heavier.

Goods are supplied as described in this catalogue, pictures are to give an impression of the product and colours may not always be completely accurate due to different computer setups.

Our prices include VAT where applicable. We do not provide a VAT receipt as standard but are happy to do so, please ask us.

Money is always taken in Pounds Sterling (GBP). The cost shown in Euros is a guide price only and exchange rates will vary.

The shipping cost is a separate cost and is to cover post and packing. We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and ANC couriers to deliver your order.

If you have provided your card details we will charge your credit card before we send out the goods. If you send credit card details separately we will send out the goods when we have received and processed the card details.

If you send a cheque we will send out the goods when the cheque has been cleared by our bank.
Despatch will be as soon as possible after we have received the order and the payment details and will always be within 30 days of the order unless we have contacted you to explain why there might be a delay.
(Our usual delivery time is within seven working days)

If we are out of stock of any of the games you have ordered we will get in contact with you so that you can decide whether to wait for them or cancel all or part of the order. We never send substitute goods so you only receive what you order.

You can cancel the order up to seven days after receiving the goods, if you decide to cancel you must return the goods at your own cost. The goods must be unopened and in good condition so that we can sell them. We will refund the cost of the goods once we have received them back.

You can return your order up to thirty days after receiving the goods. If you do decide to do this you must return the goods at your own cost. The goods must be unopened and in good condition so that we can sell them. We will refund the cost of the goods once we have received them.

We can only refund to the card that was used in the original transaction.

If you have sent us a cheque we will refund you by cheque.

We never refund in cash for mail order sales.
