We will gladly accept any return within 30 days, provided the item is in new or like-new condition. We will only issue a refund or send a replacement as needed once the item has been received in our warehouse. Exceptions to our return policy: We will be charging a 50% restocking fee on all opened videos, DVDs and books. Cobra Gas Scooters - We cannot accept a return on this item as federal regulations prohibit transport of vehicles that have been fueled. We do, however, have a 30 day parts warranty of this item provided the scooter is not taken off pavement, the speed control unit has not been removed from the scooter, and the scooter has not been driven by a user under 16 years of age. All items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals that were shipped with your original order.
