In 1999 we launched our website, DatawareGames.com, to better serve our customers by providing an easy way to download and order our software. Updates to any product you purchase from us are provided to you free of charge.
When we release a significant update to a product, we email all those who have purchased that product to let them know the update is available. To assure that you receive this notice, please notify us if your email address changes from the one that you used when you made your purchase. Send any email address changes to changeofaddress@datawaregames.com and tell us your new email address (please include your name, physical address, and your old email address so we can locate your record).
If you missed an update, you can receive one at any time, by emailing us at updates@datawaregames.com. In your email, please state the title(s) of the software you purchased. To find out which version you purchased, load the software and look at the About window. You can then compare it to the list below which is kept current.
