US Postal Service will be closed: UPS/Fed EX will not deliver: Standard shipping and Priority does NOT have tracking. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse (usually the day you order). No International orders have tracking. We offer Global Priority but it does not go to every city in every country. Please check your location and estimated delivery time at the US Postal Service here. Return Policy All purchases between November 1, 2005 and December 23, 2005 will have until January 15, 2005 to return products for whatever reason. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition to receive credit or exchange. All defective products will be handled at ChessCentral's expense. Out of Stock ChessCentral tries to maintain high levels of stock so that we do not have any products on backorder. In the event that you purchase a product that can not be shipped within 48 hours (business days) of purchase we will contact you by email and let you know when we expect to ship.
