Bob Hyatt's strong chess program Crafty works well with XBoard and WinBoard. For best results, get the latest versions of XBoard/WinBoard and Crafty.

There is a Crafty mailing list. To subscribe, send email to majordomo@cis.uab.edu, with "subscribe crafty-list" in the body. Bob Hyatt runs the list, not me, so please don't ask me any questions about it.

There is also a Web-based Crafty discussion group. You can subscribe to it by email or access it on the Web, but it doesn't seem to be used much. I don't run this group either.

Note: Please do not send me questions about Crafty. I am not an expert on it, and I certainly don't have time to help people with it by email. Use the resources listed above instead.
