	Kylotonn Entertainment terminates publishing agreement with Digital Jesters - 11.23.2005 | 08:59 - James Collins Kylotonn Entertainment the developers of the FPS ‘Bet On Soldier’, have claimed that Digital Jesters, the publishers, have committed a series of breaches of contract including non payment. They claim that the ownership of the title ‘Bet On Soldier’ remains with them and they will be seeking another publisher for the title in the UK and US. With Digital Jesters having problems with numerous developers does this spell the end for the British publisher?
