The procedure for returning any product is as follows;

to get a Return Authorization number.
2. Ship back to us the product in the original packaging with

Authorization number clearly visible on the shipping label.
3. After we receive the product, we will refund the original

i.e. Staunton style chess pieces, beginner to advanced levels, teach
mode, save game,
suggest a move, book openings, chess clock, and a take back the last
move function.

then most physically appealing,
and finally which one has any additional features you might want,
i.e. battery or a/c adapter, playing strength,
voice, timer,
auto sensory touch, and so on.

Do
you sell chess computers that move
their own chess pieces by themselves?
Is the Phantom or Mirage available?
Both the Phantom and Mirage
are out of production.
There aren't any chess computers currently being produced or sold
anywhere in the world that move their own chessmen.
This feature can be made up for in several ways.
First the Phantom and Mirage had talking / voice.
A voice / talking feature makes for a much more entertaining game
of chess being that
the chess computer can interact with you on the same level as an actual
person.
The other way is purchasing a chess computer that has a light on every
square of the chessboard.
By having a light on every square, you can easily locate the chess
piece
that the computer wants you to move without having to spend time locating
the computer's chess piece.
There are 2 chess computers available that have a light on every square
of the chess board.
They are Electronic
Glass Chess, Model 775, and Mephisto

No.
Internal electronic parts are no longer available to complete repairs
on any of the old Fidelity line.
The technology of the old Fidelity Electronics chess computer line
