The Talking Caller ID Box Voice Announce 500 announces the caller’s telephone number during the time between when the first and second ring would normally occur.
If the caller’s telephone number is not available, the unit will announce “Number Unknown”.
If the caller has blocked their telephone number, the unit will announce “Number Blocked”.
The Voice Announce 500 works with standard (number-only) and deluxe (name and number) caller ID service available from your local telephone company.
This means that any information that would normally be displayed in a caller id box will be spoken by the Talking Caller ID Box Voice Announce 500.

The Voice Announce 9900CW talking caller ID is designed to help you identify calls by displaying the caller ID information on an LCD screen and announcing the caller’s identity over a built-in speaker.
You can program the unit to associate frequent callers with names you record in your own voice (like “Mom & Dad” or “It’s the Boss”).
The recorded name can be announced instead of the telephone number to help identify important calls.
You can record up to 50 names and associate them with your frequent callers.
You can even record customized outgoing messages for specific callers.
If you have call waiting ID service from your local telephone company, Voice Announce 9900CW will announce and display information about your call waiting callers too.
You can set up your unit to announce calls over its built-in speaker or over the handset of an attached telephone, including corded and cordless phones, speakerphones, and even headsets.
Voice Announce 9900CW stores the last 99 calls in a call log for audible and visual review.
You must have caller ID service in order for your talking caller ID voice announce 9900CW unit to function.
