Our Return Policy
Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you
may return any catalog or internet item in original unused, undamaged, unworn
condition. CD’s, tapes and screen savers must be unopened. We will issue
a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions.
Please include a copy of your receipt and a brief note letting us know whether
you are returning or exchanging and whether your order was made via the phone
or the internet. Please be aware that additional shipping charges for exchanges
will be incurred. Mail your return or exchange to:

Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
Did you use a promotional voucher, code or certificate?
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional
coupon or code, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, available
to use the next time you place an order at GatorShop.com. This does not apply
if
the
promotion has expired.
