Test your chess and determine your rating.
By solving some problems taken from master games you achieve several goals:
- Improve your chess
- Determine your (blitz) rating
- Compete with other players
- Have much, much fun!
Most problems confront you with a chess position and ask something like
"What should White move?". You may then select one of our proposals.
How can I participate?
Just go to the login page, invent an username
and a password - and start the test. First time visitors should visit the
Practice section (tests from earlier competitions). Your rating will be
determined anyway.
How many problems do I have to solve?
That's all up to you. You may interupt after every single problem.
You may come back at any time you want,
enter the same username and
password (so don't forget them!), and continue where you stopped playing.
