NEW SOCCER RULE – 2005 SEASON
A new soccer rule for the 2005 season allows each soccer conference to decide how they want to qualify teams to the state soccer tournament.

Certifying Teams to State Tournaments
Conferences shall determine the method of certifying teams to the state tournament.  Qualifiers to the state tournament shall be the top four teams in each conference.

Number of Events
Senior high teams may participate in 16 regular season playing dates; junior high 10.

Tournaments
A varsity team may participate in two invitational tournaments.
