Hyde Park Chess collects only
aggregate information on the total number of its visitors to each of its web
pages in order to improve the total website. No personal information, whatsoever, is ever collected on its visitors. Hyde Park Chess does not

by our customers such as names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers
and items purchased are kept strictly confidential and will never be disclosed
or sold to any third party.
Email addresses
provided are used only to forward to you information about your purchase and
the UPS Tracking Number of your shipment. It will never be used again
nor disclosed to any other party.

Pricing & Payment
All pricing
is shown in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover credit cards for payment. We do not
accept personal or business checks, bank drafts or money orders.
Product
Availability
All products listed on our website are in stock unless otherwise specifically
indicated on that webpage. Please note, however, that it is possible to
become out of stock on an item during the day before the webpage can be
changed. If this does happen, we will immediately contact you by email
to alert you to the situation.
Substitutions
NEVER. We will never substitute one product for another.
Returns
You may return
your merchandise to Hyde Park Chess, freight prepaid by you the customer,
for any reason within 30 days of delivery as long as it is in new and re-saleable
condition as well as in its original and undamaged packaging. Be sure to include a copy of
your packing slip so you can be properly credited. Upon receipt, Hyde Park Chess will
refund your full purchase price (original shipping charges excluded). Our return address is:

Damaged
Merchandise
Hyde Park Chess
will pay for the return shipping of damaged or defective merchandise, or shipment
errors on our part. For merchandise damaged during shipment, you must notify
Hyde Park Chess within 48 hours of delivery by

after which we will provide you with a return authorization.
Replacement Chess Pieces
Hyde Park Chess does offer replacement chess pieces for sale on a "best
effort" basis for sets purchased directly through
Hyde Park Chess. Please note, however, that we may not be able to replace
chess pieces that Hyde Park Chess or the manufacturer have discontinued, or for chess pieces that can only be
provided by breaking up an existing set.
Minor Style Changes
Manufacturers may every
now and then, slightly modify the styles and packaging of their products.
Hyde Park Chess will make every effort to provide a current image and
description of all items but reserves the right to use existing images if the modification is
absolutely minor and does not change the character of the item. Please
note that if you are dissatisfied with any product, you may return that product
according to the "Return" guidelines described above.
