Turbine's posted a Dev Diary focused on the new Rune Keeper class coming with the paid expansion for Lord of the Rings Online, the Mines of Moria:

"The Minstrel sings words of Power and the Lore-master finds Power from ancient secrets, but there are more paths than these. The Rune-keeper joins the Free Peoples of Middle-earth, adding his unique skills to the fight against the Enemy." Turbine's published another developer diary, this time focusing on some of the changes required with Book 14:

Book 14: The Ring-forges of Eregion "...brings with it a number of great new additions and features, but for those of us heavily invested in the storyline, one of the most exciting developments is also one of the longest-awaited: the Fellowship will finally depart Rivendell on their errand of secrecy."

Turbine has just released a new developer diary video for The Lord of the Rings Online in which Executive Producer Jeffrey Steefel describes all of the new content that was recently added to the game with the launch of Book 13: Doom of the Last-king. Video's after the jump.

Turbine's posted another Dev Diary, this time focusing on the Monk:

Monks are a distinct new character class that you will be able to choose when Module 7: The Way of the Monk goes live. A Monk's role is that of high speed, control, and discipline. Your senses and wisdom of the elements will be challenged. Becoming a Monk will be very different than anything you've experienced in Eberron, and you'll need to learn to accommodate any situation. An old Monk proverb tells of a young student, who asks his Master; "Teacher, why are teacups made so thin and fragile that they break so easily?" The teacher smiled and replied: "It is not that they are too delicate, but that you do not yet know how to handle them. You must learn to adjust yourself to the environment, and not vice versa." As it will be, to learn The Way of The Monk.
