1. Why should I buy from BiStamp.com?
We specialize in selling collectibles from ex-USSR States since the break-up of the Soviet Empire in 1991. Our experience is rich enough to offer a professional service to all kinds of collectors and dealers worldwide.
BiStamp.com has close ties in that region, so we can find even rare stamps or banknotes to fill the gaps in your collection/selling offer, and at a reasonable price.

Absolutely. We serve collectors and dealers worldwide.

3. What about the quality of stamps and banknotes you sell?
All stamps are mint and represent complete sets. It is possible to buy them in used condition, but the price will be the same.
All banknotes are in uncirculated (UNC) state, unless specially noted.

4. I've found an item in your lists which I want to buy. Can I just send you cash/check for it?
No. Every order should be agreed with a representative of BiStamp.com. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that EVERY item shown on our pages is available at any time. That's why it is better to ask us first.

5. Do you have any requirements regarding the total amount of an order?
Yes, we do. The minimal amount of an order is US$50.

6. I prefer not to pay in advance. Can I receive the collectibles first and pay for them later on?
It would make our transactions too long and complicated. The payment in advance is always required. Otherwise no bargain could be made, sorry.

7. What are the shipping and handling costs? How do you ship?
If your order exceeds US$100, all postal fees will be included in the price. Otherwise add to the total amount US$2.50 for shipping.
Exception: if your order weigh more than 1 kg, you may be asked to cover 50% of the actual shipping costs.
Ordered collectibles are always sent in protective package by registered air mail (priority mail).

8. What are your discounts for wholesale buyers?
We encourage our customers to buy more similar items. Basically we use the following discounts for wholesalers:
items ordered in quantity x11-50 – 10% off;
items ordered in quantity x51-100 – 20% off;
items ordered in quantity more than x100 – a special price can be used.
When placing really big wholesale orders, you can count on additional discounts.
