Your host, Innkeeper Michael S. Cardillo, Jr. is a graduate from the Culinary Institute. Since December 1999, Michael has been serving delicious country breakfasts to his guests from around the globe.Each morning, enjoy your breakfast by the welcoming fireplace lit in the winter, or seated next to the bay window filtering the morning sun throughout the year. Take time to savor Michael's famous Stuffed French Toast, or a delicious omelet with fresh herbs and cheese, pancakes, or perhaps a special treat which Michael's culinary skills decide to create for you that day. All breakfasts include fresh fruits, Boston's Best coffee, herbal and regular teas, and fruit juices.Chef Michael creates an egg dish one day and a bread-type dish the next. The menu changes daily so that you can enjoy a variety of dishes for your breakfast during your stay. Please be certain to inform Chef Michael of any dietary restrictions or preferences upon check-in.
