We are now taking orders on-line. Our e-commerce site is completely secure and we do not share your information with anyone, ever. You also have a choice of sending your order by mail, phoning your order in, or faxing it in using our prepared fax form.

Follow the normal shopping cart checkout process. During checkout, when asked for payment option, choose Phone/Fax option. You can enter your credit card info (it won't be transmitted to us) or leave that info out and add it to the fax by hand. Either way, print out the final invoice and fax it in or call us with the info.

To receive your FREE Key Chain Chess Set (for orders over $100.00) please request it at the time of your order either by phone or fax. For on-line orders through the e-commerce site all orders over $100.00 will automatically receive the free Set.

All orders are shipped by FedEx ground service. FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Orders that must be shipped by US Postal Service, or other carrier, will be charged additional handling and may take longer to ship.

Shipping outside the U.S. will be charged according to cost of shipping. Please write your inquiry to info@chess-shop.com, or call 212-475-9580. Please include exact items and Country, City and Postal Code.

Foreign orders please note:
We will accept online orders from most countries using our standard online order process. We will then calculate the additional charges and let you confirm before we ship or charge anything for the order.

For expedited shipping ( 1, 2, or 3 day) please let us know and we will charge according to the shippers rate plus a small expedite fee.

Return Policy:
We will exchange or replace any set that is found to be defective, or broken, at no charge to you. Please see shipping documents for instructions in case of breakage. For all returns, you must call or write for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before shipping anything to us. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for any product returns for other reasons plus shipping costs.
