Note: New ratings are issued every 2 months by the US Chess Federation. The ratings listed here are the latest official ones. The impact of some games you have played may not yet be reflected in this list if they were played after the cut off date for publication of the most recent official ratings supplement. Typically, the cut off date for any given ratings supplement is about 1 month prior to its publication date. For example, the August ratings supplement only includes events rated prior to approximately the end of June. Apart from the official ratings supplements, tournament directors also receive rating reports for the events they hold which show the old and new ratings for each player in the event. The new ratings shown in these reports do not become official until published in a rating supplement. If you continue to play games between supplements, these interim ratings are used in calculating your results. Only your official rating, however, will be used to determine what section of a tournament you will be entered into.
The ratings given on our site are official ratings from the latest US Chess Federation
