We now have the E3 2005 trailer of War Front: Turning Point, the new real time strategy game in the works at Digital Reality, makers of Haegemonia, Desert Rats vs. Africa Corps and D-Day. Players will take command of experimental weapons, prototype vehicles and units in an alternate World War II in which Hitler is assassinated in the early days. The game also promises a sophisticated resource and technology management systems combined with action packed, in-your-face combat. War Front: Turning Point will be released by CDV Software in 2006.

Buka has released the E3 2005 movie of Hellforces showcasing this FPS where the main hero must find his missing friend by fighting against minions of Lucifer (thanks: 3DGamers). Developed by Orion, Hellforces offers, among other things, over 20 trailers, realized on the game engine, 45 NPCs, 24 weapons types and diverse special equipment, including a night vision device, binoculars, movement sensor and so on.

Ubisoft has released the E3 2005 movie of Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood, offering 15 minutes of gameplay footage narrated by Gearbox's Randy Pitchford and John Antal. Thanks: 3DGamers.

The E3 2005 movie and three new trailers from Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects are now available for download, offering a glimpse of this title in development under the EA GAMES brand and slated for this fall for the PS2, Xbox, GC and PSP. The game will feature Super Heroes from the Marvel Universe as well as a new set of characters created through collaboration with EA and top comic book industry talent, such as Jae Lee and Paul Catling. Developed by Nihilistic Software, Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects will also feature more than a dozen fighters in fully interactive and destructible environments. The E3 2005 movie of Phantasy Star Universe is now locally mirrored, showcasing the next installment in the popular Phantasy Star series, developed for both PlayStation 2 and PC. Featuring a single-player action adventure spanning multiple planets and an online multi-player component, the game is developed by SEGA Studios under the guidance of Yuji Naka, the creator of Sonic the Hedgehog and Phantasy Star Online and will ship during Spring 2006. The E3 2005 movie of Infected is now available for download, showcasing this thrilling new run-and-gun shooter that allows players’ avatars to invade opponents’ PSP systems via multiplayer victories. Vivendi Universal Games has released the E3 2005 movie of Crash Tag Team Racing, the newest addition to the best-selling video game franchise which promises to give players a unique racing experience and allow them to continue the adventure on foot with out-of-car action. For the first time ever in a racing game, players will be able to fuse two cars together on the fly to form a super vehicle with the all-new "clashing" technology. In Crash Tag Team Racing, players can combine their car with an opponentˇ's mid-race to make a super-car equipped with a powerful turret gun. When clashed, players can either get behind the wheel and drive or fire an onboard weapon. Each character has his or her own uniquely deadly 360 rotating turret. Players can continue the action out of the car where they can explore the entire world on foot and collect upgrades for their cars and unlock bonus tracks. Serious Sam II features over 40 beautiful, expansive levels spread out over 7 unique environments (thick jungles, murky swamps, frozen tundra, futuristic cities, volcanic planets), 45 newly designed enemy types, new vehicular and animal-back combat and graphics, environments and physics that are 100 times more complex than previous Serious Sam games.

The E3 2005 movie of Geist has been added in our download area, showcasing this upcoming FPS for Gamecube, in the works at n-Space, Inc., a Florida-based video game developer. Geist leads players through the game in a first-person perspective, providing the unique ability to 'possess' other characters in the game. As a ghost or Geist, players can advance through the game by virtually entering the bodies of other characters, taking advantage of their physical and mental abilities.

DreamCatcher Games has released the E3 2005 movie of Cold War: Behind the Iron Curtain, the upcoming tactical action-adventure game in the works at Mindware Studios. The game follows the story of a freelance journalist who finds himself in the midst of an international conspiracy that aims to control the U.S.S.R. Twelve hours after arrival in Moscow for a routine story, he has been stripped of all possessions, beaten unconscious and thrown into the KGB's political prison. Funcom has released the E3 2005 movie of Age of Conan – Hyborian Adventures, an Online Action RPG scheduled for the PC in the first half of 2006. Developers want to deliver fantastic graphics and 7.1 surround audio to help recreate a world filled with cruel gods, mythical creatures, lost civilizations and a struggling human race. One of the innovative features of the game is the Real Combat engine, a new multi-point melee system, which allows the players to swing their weapons where they direct it, in real-time.

1C Company has released the E3 2005 movie of You Are Empty the FPS powered by the DS2 engine in the works at Digital Spray Studios. The action of the game takes place in a huge Soviet city of the 50-60s, in an alternate history. Fighting against mutants created by the Soviet super solider program, the players are tasked to figure out what happened in the city and stop the mutants from spreading further.

The E3 2005 movie of Vanguard: Saga of Heroes is now available for download, offering one minute of cinematic footage from this MMORPG which powered by Unreal Engine. Mythic Entertainment announced it has secured secured the exclusive worldwide rights to create massively multiplayer online games for PC and console set in the fantasy world of Warhammer, created by Nottingham, UK-based Games Workshop Group PLC. The first game based upon the dark, medieval world of Warhammer will be released on PC in 2007. We remind you that Namco Hometek Inc. also signed a licensing agreement to publish multiple Warhammer games for the PC, future consoles and handheld devices (story).

Lesta Studio and Buka Entertainment are some of the first companies to release a high-res version of an E3 trailer. Tiger Eletronics new handheld, Gizmondo was also on show at E3 2005, being close to commercialization in Europe and announced to ship in North America the 11th August. We also added in our download area the official E3 2005 movie for Full Auto, featuring one minute of hi-res gameplay footage. The game is developed by Pseudo Interactive and will offer ten play modes, including a 60-event career, extensive multiplayer support via split-screen and online play.

By pressing "read more' you can now view the first footage from The Darkness, the horror game scheduled for release in 2006, for Xbox 360. The Darkness is being developed by Starbreeze and it's an adaptation of the comic book series.

The official E3 2005 movie Test Drive Unlimited is now locally mirrored, illustrating this racing game in the works at Eden Games which will be released by Atari for Xbox 360 (the graphics and the sound effects are simply amazing). Ukrainian developer Deep Shadows announced they are presenting at E3 2005 Precursors, an updated conversion of famous game Elite, a modern FPS, classic science fiction movies and the world of the novels from Andre Norton. Precursors will offer more than 250 diversified missions, partly organic weapons with ammunition that must be bred, controllable space ships up to the size of 30,000 feet, and more. We now have two new screenshots from Operation Flashpoint 2 (thanks Morten), illustrating this game which will feature three different theatres of combat set in environments across Southeast Asia, Central Europe and Africa. The game's mission-based campaigns will take gamers through fictional conflicts based upon authentic events during the years around 1970. In development at Bohemia Interactive Studio, Operation Flashpoint 2 will be published by Codemasters in Spring 2006 for PC.

MonsterGecko, LLC, designer and manufacturer of award-winning performance gaming accessories for PC and console game systems, announced its 2005 product line featuring the new GeckoPad PS and XB wireless controllers, MonsterPad gaming mouse pad, the award-winning PistolMouse FPS high-performance gaming mouse, and a sneak peek at the highly-anticipated wireless GeckoBlaster Gyro Controller. A prototype of the GeckoBlaster will be at E3 Expo 2005 with its official debut taking place later this year and retail availability of the production model targeted for Q1 2006. Product demonstrations are available to the media upon request.

KOEI announced that it has started development on Winback 2: Project Poseidon, the sequel to WinBack: Covert Operations, the game that originally appeared on the N64 and PlayStation 2. Developed by Cavia Inc. in Japan, Winback 2: Project Poseidon is being screened this week at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) booth #2508.

Bethesda Softworks has released the E3 2005 movie of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, the upcoming RPG game which will be released for PC and Xbox 360. As well as in Morrowind, players will have the option to experience the main quest at their own pace, and there will be plenty of opportunities to explore the vast world and make their own way. Numerous factions can be joined, such as the thieves or mages guilds, and each contains its own complete storyline and the chance to rise to the head of the faction and reap further rewards. Due to the new AI system, called Radiant AI, the NPCs will have the ability to make their own choices based on the world around them. They will decide where to eat, who to talk, what to say - they will also sleep, go to church, and even steal items, all based on their individual characteristics. They will have full facial animations and lip-synching, and full speech for all dialogs.

Activision, Inc. has released the E3 2005 movie of Call of Duty 2, showcasing the Xbox 360 version of this sequel to Call of Duty, the WWII FPS released in October 2003. Powered by a proprietary new engine, Call of Duty 2 promises new visuals, advanced A.I. technology, the most realistic squad combat and explosive action in new historic campaigns. For example, squads now have the freedom to take on a variety of mission objectives, on expansive battlefields that allow for multiple paths and the ability to utilize actual combat tactics like outflanking and fire and maneuver capabilities

Midway Games today officially announced that the latest installment into the Unreal franchise, Unreal Tournament 2007, is now in development. Like its predecessors, Unreal Tournament 2007, is being developed by North Carolina-based, Epic Games. Game Factory Interactive today announced that Jagged Alliance 3D was not canceled and that its development runs according to the schedule. What was interesting to find out was that the Mist Land development team is preparing to start the Jagged Alliance 3 development. This project is on pre-production stage now and more information on it will be available at a later date. On the other side, Mist Land South is developing a real time tactical strategy titled African Alliance. The official presentation of this project will take place at E3, but you should know that African Alliance is not related to the Jagged Alliance series in any way.

Microsoft today announced they will release a free software update to Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 that will enable customers to take advantage of the Media Center Extender technologies built into Xbox 360. The update will come sometime in the second half of 2005, but that's about when the promotion starts too. You'd better start practicing Dew drinking, as Microsoft and Pepsi will start an Xbox 360 promotion on August 28th and if you participate, you can win an Xbox 360 every 10 minutes...during nine weeks. KOEI sent over a press release announcing their NI-OH, their first PlayStation 3 title which will be showcased at the KOEI booth (West Hall #2508) during the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) held this week in the Los Angeles Convention Center. NI-OH is being developed by KOEI Co., Ltd., in Japan under the direction of Executive Producer Kou Shibusawa, known for his contribution to Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Kessen, and Nobunaga's Ambition. The E3 2005 movie of The Matrix: Path Of Neo is now locally mirrored, showcasing this game based on the motion picture trilogy The Matrix from Warner Bros. Pictures where you get to play Neo and relive all the important moments from the movies. The game will be released by Atari in Q4 2005 and will be available on the PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC. Tesseraction Games has released an E3 2005 teaser movie for Enigma Rising Tide: Sink the Hood, offering almost a minute of film footage. Details about this new game will be unveiled in the near future.

The official Tabula Rasa has been updated with 23 new screenshots (also available in our gallery) and five new movies, showcasing this upcoming massively multiplayer in the works at Destination Games. Combining the action of a first person shooter and the immersion of a role-playing game, Tabula Rasa takes the player on an intergalactic adventure where the individual has an opportunity to significantly impact the pace of battle on a global scale. Nintendo today unveiled the first details of Nintendo Revolution, their next generation console system. Majesco today announced they will publish The Darkness for the next generation of consoles. Scheduled for release in 2006, the game is being developed by Starbreeze and it's an adaptation of the comic book series. Activision, XP and paintball professional Greg Hastings announced today that Greg Hastings' Tournament Paintball MAX'D will launch across multiple platforms this fall. The new title will feature gameplay enhancements, including breakout play calling and multiplayer split-screen action for up to four players in a co-op and head-to-head play. Eidos has updated the official Tomb Raider: Legend website with a nice E3 2005 trailer which offers one minute of in-game footage. The game is developed by Crystal Dynamics studio (known for Legacy of Kain: Defiance), the Lara Croft's original creator, Toby Gard, being the lead character designer. The sexy Lara Croft's character model will feature natural structure, realistic textures, detailed facial features, reactive eyes and fluid motion. Her equipment will consist of magnetic grappling device, binoculars, frag grenades, personal lighting device and communications equipment. Tomb Raider: Legend is slated for release on PS2, Xbox and PC. Be sure to grab the first trailer featuring one minute of cinematic and in-game footage.

THQ and Relic Entertainment has released the E3 2005 movie of Company of Heroes a real-time strategy game set in World War II (thanks: GameSpot). The game is developed with Relic's Essence Engine and the Havok Physics engine, featuring a completely destructable environment and an advanced squad AI. Scheduled to release worldwide in 2006, the game will make its public debut at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3).

We now have the first screenshots from Operation Flashpoint 2 (thanks shadow/Trebster). The game will feature three different theatres of combat set in environments across Southeast Asia, Central Europe and Africa. The game's mission-based campaigns will take gamers through fictional conflicts based upon authentic events during the years around 1970. In development at Bohemia Interactive Studio, Operation Flashpoint 2 will be published by Codemasters in Spring 2006 for PC.

Sony Computer Entertainment today unveiled PlayStation 3 during a conference in California. Prototypes of PS3 will also be showcased at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) this week, so be sure you don't miss their booth. We have a batch of screenshots with the hardware from any angle and a press release detailing what seem to be some very impessive the specs. The console features a Cell processor, a graphics processor (RSX) co-developed by NVIDIA and SCEI and XDR memory developed by Rambus. It also adopts BD-ROM (Blu-ray Disc ROM) with maximum storage capacity of 54 GB (dual layer). Release date - Spring 2006.

Digital Jesters today announced Dogtag, a tactical shooter where you control an elite Spec Ops Squad set to arrest and retrieve the command structure behind the rebellion. id Software and Activision today announced Enemy Territory: Quake Wars, a game developed by Splash Damage and built on id Software’s new MegaTexture rendering technology. The E3 2005 movie of The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction is now locally mirrored, showcasing this game in the works at Radical Games, creators of the The Simpsons: Hit & Run. The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction will feature the ultimate in destructible environments, an awesome Hulk-powered ability to weaponize any object and a massive free-roaming, fully interactive world. The game is scheduled for release during the summer of 2005.

We added in our download area the first movie of Frame City Killer, a next-generation action game for the Xbox 360 powered by the Unreal Engine 3 and scheduled to be released this holiday season in North America and Europe. Set in a futuristic metropolis in East Asia, Frame City Killer puts players in the role of Crow, an assassin sent to Frame City to identify and eliminate Khan - a mysterious terrorist and head of a deadly new-age drug cartel. As a hitman, players track and profile targets, while utilizing numerous methods to execute the perfect hit.

Majesco Entertainment and Digital Eclipse announced Age of Empires: The Age of Kings, a game developed for the Nintendo DS. The game boasts turn-based strategy gameplay, as players move from the Dark Ages through the Middle Ages with one goal in mind: domination of the known world. Koei today announced that Colosseum: Road to Freedom will ship to European territories in September 2005. You can create your gladiator based on a country of origin, philosophy and beliefs and you can compete in sex type of battles throughout the game. Farlan Entertainment and NP Cube today announced that Dark and Light, the largest persistent gaming world of its kind, is being showcased at E3. Ankama Studio today announced the upcoming world release of DOFUS, a massively multiplayer role play game. This international version will be available on the first of september 2005, but you can catch a glimpse of it if you visit them at this year's E3. For those interested in beta-testing this game the registrations will open on the 17th of May on the official site, while the beta-test will start in Summer 2005.

id Software announced today they are developing QUAKE 4 for the Xbox 360. Currently in development by Raven Software in cooperation with id Software, the game will be debuted at the E3 Expo in Activision's booth #1224 in the South Hall on May 18. In the game, you are Matthew Kane, an elite member of Rhino Squad and Earth's valiant invasion force. Fight alone, with your squad, and in hover tanks and mechanized walkers as you engage in a heroic mission into the heart of the Strogg war machine. But, in this epic war between worlds, the only way to defeat the Strogg is to become one of them. Battle through early missions as a deadly marine, then after your capture as a marine-turned-Strogg with enhanced abilities and the power to turn the tide of the war. Eidos has released the E3 2005 movie of Free Running, the world's first ever video game based on the urban phenomenon of parkour. In Free Running, the concrete jungle becomes your urban playground as you run, vault, jump or climb over obstacles in the most fluid and flowing manner possible. Test the boundaries of human ability as you perform death-defying leaps and jaw-dropping trips across inner-city rooftops. To be crowned King of Parkour, you must master over 50 moves, tricks and stunts including 'Kong Vaults', 'Pharaoh Climbs', 'Rail Split Vaults' and 'Vertical Wall Runs' in a variety of game modes while racing against human or computer-controlled competitors. The game is set for worldwide release on the PSP in autumn 2005.

The E3 2005 movie of Rush for Berlin is now available for download, showcasing this tactical real time strategy game, set on the European battlefields of World War II, during 1944-45. The player's goal; to capture the German capital, as either the British/US/French alliance or the Red army of the Soviet Union. Rush for Berlin is developed by Stormregion, creators of Codename: Panzers, and will be published by Deep Silver.

Electronic Arts announced that it has 25 videogames for next generation consoles currently in development - this line-up includes Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 06, FIFA 06, Madden NFL 06, NBA LIVE 06, Need For Speed: Most Wanted and The Godfather. More information about these titles and additional titles under development will be released in the coming months. EA's booth at E3 is located at #1000/South Hall.

Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes, the sequel to Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders, will be released in the UK by Deep Silver, due to a publishing deal with Phantagram, developers of both games. The game features improved epic battles, new characters, environments, units, new multiplayer options, improved user interface with simplified game menus, adjusted difficulty levels and more. Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes will be released in North America by Microsoft Game Studios at the end of this summer, exclusively for Xbox.

Hip Games announced they will release in early 2006 Ghost Wars, a new real-time strategy game developed by Digital Reality which takes players into the clandestine and secret war against terrorism. The E3 2005 movie of Imperial Glory is now available for download, showcasing the strategy game developed by Pyro Studios which will be available in North America on May 17th, and three days later in Europe. Imperial Glory promises to offer an in-depth management model along with graphically stunning real-time land and naval battles in full 3D. Players will choose one of the five great 19th century Empires to lead: Great Britain, France, Russia, Prussia or Austria, each with their own unique attributes. Be sure to check the demo if you haven't done so yet.

Along with these screenshots, Hip Games announced the signing of Call of Cthulhu: Destiny's End a third-person survival horror game based on the works of revered author H.P. Lovecraft, and slated for a 2006 release. The story takes place nearly 80 years after the destruction of the mysterious town of Innsmouth by a government raid in 1928 - the two central characters, Emily and Jacob, return to search for the truth as they unveil the horrors of the town's past. Both characters can be played by two players in the same which will have at their disposal co-operative fighting combos.

2K Games, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, announced an exclusive licensing agreement with Sony Pictures Consumer Products to publish and distribute a video game based on Columbia Pictures’ upcoming film Zathura. In development by High Voltage Software, Zathura will be released for PS2 and Xbox in conjunction with the theatrical release of the movie in late 2005. GameFactory Interactive has released the Officers. E3 2005 movie, showcasing this 3D RTS game with RPG elements, previously known as Kombat. The story of the game is based on the general facts of the World War II. Depending on the side you choose, the game will start from the moment when your side actually began hostilities: 1939 for Germany, 1941 for Soviet Union, and 1943 for Allied forces.

Codemasters has released the E3 2005 movie of Brian Lara International Cricket, a game which will visually reflect the contemporary style of televised cricket and will also offer intelligent commentary from some of the biggest and recognisable names in cricket, including Jonathan Agnew, David Gower and Ian Bishop. The International Cricket Council has backed Brian Lara International Cricket, so you'll get all the official ICC One-Day International teams, with 16 players per squad, and stadia from around the world, including The Oval, Newlands, and Edgbaston.

Activision announced today that the company is currently in development on three titles and working closely with id Software on a fourth game for the Xbox 360. The three games are Call of Duty 2, Tony Hawk’s American Wasteland, and the as-yet-unannounced new Neversoft Entertainment. title. The official Pirates of the Burning Sea website has been revamped, offering more info and new screenshots (inserted in our gallery) from this upcoming MMORPG in works at Flying Lab Software. At E3 next week, Flying Lab staffers will be at the ATI booth to demo the game and talk about new features such as a conquerable PvP game world, player-created battles, and customizable avatars. The game is scheduled for this winter.

The E3 2005 teaser movie of Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends is now locally mirrored, offering one minute of in-game footage from this follow-up to Rise of Nations developed by Big Huge Games. Thanks: 3DGamers. Unlike the previous game, Rise of Legends is a fantasy real-time strategy game, affirming the intentions of developers to create a new franchise. Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends will be released in Spring 2006.

Ubisoft also released the E3 2005 movie of Myst V: End of Ages, the next chapter of the Myst saga scheduled for Fall of 2005, for PC and Mac. Word is "Picking up immediately where the original Myst ended, players are presented the privilege, challenge and responsibility of restoring the lost empire of the D'niTM - an ancient civilization of people who thrived for thousands of years but later met with a great catastrophe".

Ubisoft has released the E3 2005 movie of Far Cry Instincts featuring one minute and a half of frenetic action footage from this game scheduled to ship for consoles in September 2005. In addition to the PC version's signature locations, non-scripted A.I., and unprecedented view-distance, Far Cry Instincts will feature brand new gameplay scenarios that will challenge players to use an even broader range of strategies and survival tactics in order to uncover the many secrets within the beautiful-but-deadly islands. A hands-on demo of Far Cry Instincts will be present at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 18th May – 20th May in Los Angeles, California.

Legio IX Hispana is the largest Roman re-enactment society in North America, with chapters throughout California and the South-West. Deep Silver today announced they will be showcasing Heart Of Empire: Rome at their stand during this year's E3 in Los Angeles. As Rome wasn't built in a day, this game features 14 large missions and over 100 unique buildings and structures. On top of that, you now can view the city from any angle. Deep Silver and JoWood Productions have released a pre-E3 2005 of Gothic 3 featuring half a minute of in-engine footage from the next chapter of the popular RPG series developed by Piranha Bytes. We remind you that Mike Hoge from Piranha Bytes revealed that Gothic 3 could be finished without joining a guild and the game world will consist of three different parts: a desert in the south, the landscape we already know from Gothic II and the northern part. However, they had to reduce the size of the world because they reached the limits of their technical capabilities and had to meet deadlines. Due to the deadlines, the multiplayer mode will not be implemented. Also, the player is no more forced to eat, sleep and supplying other wants regularly or by limiting the inventory. If the player will choose a higher degree of difficulty, then he could confront an Orc at the beginning of the game, instead of a wolf.

Commandos Strike Force will be released worldwide this spring, for the PS2, Xbox and PC.

Ubisoft and Universal Studios Consumer Products Group today announced that the first preview of Peter Jackson’s King Kong will be unveiled at Ubisoft’s booth (#1300, South Hall) at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles. King Kong is game based on the forthcoming Peter Jackson directed remake of the movie King Kong will be released worldwide on all platforms at the beginning of the holiday season in conjunction with the December 14, 2005 theatrical release of the movie. The game is developed by Ubisoft Monreal studio and the French team responsible for Beyond Good & Evil.

Spanish developer Enigma announced that War Leaders: Clash of Nations will premier at E3 2005 at the CDV Software Entertainment stand in Kentia Hall. War Leaders: Clash of Nations is a new game for PC which will require gamers to take on the role of diplomat, grand strategist and battlefield tactician in a war-torn WWII Europe. Scheduled for a 2006 release, the game was signed worldwide (except Russia) to the Karlsruhe publisher.

The Bet On Soldier intro movie is now locally mirrored, offering three minutes and a half of cinematic footage from this game which will be published in the UK by Digital Jesters (thanks: GameSpot). The most interesting part of Bet On Soldier is the fact that before entering battle, players can wager on which particular enemy soldiers they are going to kill. When they encounter this enemy in the game, a duel will take place. Depending on the outcome, the player will either lose his stake or win a prize calculated according to his opponent's rank, his initial stake, and the length of time it took to win. Accrued credits can be used to upgrade the player's character, in order to challenge progressively tougher opponents. Supporting up to 32 players, the multiplayer mode will offer six classes (Protector, Sniper, Grenadier, Trooper, Engineer and Destroyer) and the following game types: Deatchmatch, Team Deatchmatch and the unusual B.o.S. mode.

Jowood Productions has released an E3 2005 teaser movie for Panzer Elite Action, a fast-paced WW2 action game that lets the player to feel the power of 30 tons of steel armor around them and gives them the ability to command increasingly powerful tanks in a series of intense and dramatic battles. Panzer Elite Action tells the story of three tank commanders and their crew. The German commander, flushed with the success of the Blitzkrieg in Poland and France, moves on to the Eastern Front and the brink of victory with the taking of Stalingrad. The Russian commander is in desperate straits as he helps defend Stalingrad, and joins the massive tank battle of Kursk. The American commander enters the war on the Normandy Beachhead on D-Day. After the struggle for the Bocage, he survives the doomed gamble to take Arnheim, defends the German outbreak at the Battle of the Bulge, and then drives on to the crossing of the Rhine. Developed by Zootfly, Panzer Elite Action will be released for Xbox, PS2 and PC later this year.

BattleBorne Entertainment today announced that they will showcase at E3 2005, 6GUN, a third person tactical-action game in development for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC where you play the leader of an assault team in the highly classified GUNSLINGER program operated by the Special Operations Command (SOCOM). The game includes over 45 varied and immersive missions and two player coop gameplay with historically accurate weapons and equipment. A sequel is also planned this summer, for PC, PS3, PSP and Xbox360. New screenshots found their way in our gallery.

CD Projekt Red Studio has released the E3 2005 trailer of The Witcher, featuring one minute of in-game footage from this upcoming action-RPG in the works at CD Projekt Red Studio (thanks: Volvox). The Witcher combines the features of such games as Dungeon Siege, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, Gothic and Neverwinter Nights. The game is supposed to ensure entertainment to a broad group of older players, incorporating simple yet interesting game system, along with "a complex plot and attractive 3-D graphics".

SNK Playmore USA Corporation announced today that they will unveil eight new games for the Xbox, PlayStation 2 and GBA at the 2005 Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles. If you'll be there you will be able to see The King of Fighters Neowave, Samurai Showdown V, Metal Slug 4/5 and lots of other titles. SNK will be located in South Hall, Booth 646.

TLC Industries announced they can be found at E3 2005 at Aladdin booth #665, offering to visitors the chance to win a home arcade version of PowerBall Billiards. They also revealed that NextArcade and PowerBall Billiards will be featured in FrontGate and also Hammacher Schlemmer this fall (Hammacher will actually have the ZoneMaster/VMAX cabinet on the cover). Additionally, beginning May 4 through September, NextArcade will be featured in the Museum of Science and Industry (largest science museum in North America).

NCsoft Corporation today announced they will showcase at E3 2005 the following games: Auto Assault, City of Villains, Guild Wars and Tabula Rasa. Perpetual Entertainment announced today an exclusive preview of its upcoming massively multiplayer game Gods and Heroes: Rome Rising E3 2005 in Los Angeles. The game will be set in Rome around 300 BC, a time when the Republic is powerful, but Roman enemies including the Carthaginians, Gauls, and Samnites threaten the empire. Launch is expected this fall with beta testing to start this summer.
