Create your own chess contest - become a ChessWorld Partner

ChessWorld Partnership. Do you want to supplement your chess site with some questions and problems of the ChessWorld type? You can get the complete ChessWorld technology on your site with only minimal effort. Simply fill in the formular below. On submission a complete set of contest pages is created that can be easily integrated into your site. Your contest might be online within minutes!

Account name   Unique account name, e.g. "jeff" or "pcc" (no spaces!) We offer two different models of partnership:

Junior Partner. The contest pages created look like pages of your site, but serve as a gateway to the ChessWorld contest. That means that visitors of your site solve the same chess problems as can be seen at ChessWorld. They compete with the visitors of ChessWorld and other Junior sites. All you have to do is

1. Fill in the formular above.
2. Create a HTML page containing a frameset (templates will be sent to you by email)
3. Link to this page from other pages of your site

You will need something between 5 minutes and 2 hours to completely integrate a full featured chess contest into your site.

Senior Partner. The overall procedure is nearly identical to Junior sites. However, there are two differences:

1. You may develop your own chess problems and solutions and present them to your visitors.
2. The contest offered at your site is completely separated from ChessWorld or any other (Junior or Senior) sites. It has it's own tasks and it's own highscore list. Your visitors will not see anything of the ChessWorld contest.

Obviously, Senior Partner sites are much more attractive to visitors since they offer something unique. As a senior partner you could design specialized chess contests - e.g. easy problems for beginners, historical questions, endgame tasks, problems taken from games played in your club ... - the possibilities are endless.

What do you have to do to become a senior partner?

1. Fill in the formular above.
2. Create a HTML page containing a frameset (templates will be sent to you by email)
3. Create a problem file (you will receive a detailed description of the file format and an example file by email)
4. Upload this file on the contest administration page
5. Link to the frameset page from other pages of your site

Becoming a senior partner requires more work since you have to develop all chess problems yourself. Our experience shows that you need something between a few minutes and an hour per chess problem.
