Jesus had 12 disciples and they would follow Jesus and listen to all of his teachings. Jesus however was the one who had chosen to let his feelings and
emotions out to and let himself talk things over with and depended on. Simon and his brother Andrew were the first disciples Jesus had chosen. Jesus later chose James, John, then Philip. After trying to figure out if he needed more he chose Nathaniel, Mathew, Thomas, and James son of Alpheus, Simon the Zealot, and Judas, son of James, and last but not least Judas Iscariot.
