You spend your time designing an attractive web site, so why not allow your pages to earn you some money that can make up for some of the time you have invested?
This could allow you to invest even more time on your site, which would in turn result in yet nicer looking pages, more quality content, etc. It would revert, in turn, in benefit of your visitors.
Do you pay your Web Host Provider? Then why not allow your web pages to help pay the monthly bill?
On the current page you find a number of links to affiliate programs, all of which allow you the opportunity of deriving revenue from your web site.
You can safely sign up with any of these sites below providing sponsors for your page, without fear of being caught in any illicit or unscrupulous deal.
They are all free to sign up, as you are also free to leave if you happen not to be happy with the sponsorship or service.
In other words, you have nothing to lose.
So, why not?!...

Are you a beginner?
Are you an old-timer who
do not wish to bother checking the codes you get, and
who'd love a helpful and interested sponsor
at a very user-friendly web site,
who offers you, moreover, free content and great additions to enhance your page?
Then click on the first sponsor that we list below and sign up!
You won't regret the experience.
On the contrary, you'll love it!
The second and third links (appearing right below the first) take you to sponsorship networks, rather than one single sponsor.
Though large corporations (and therefore less likely to provide a more personal experience), they are likewise excellent choices, and likewise provide you impeccable coding to paste on your page.
As compared to the first sponsor, they offer you the advantage of a large variety of sponsorship possibilities, so you can easily find what's just right for your Web Site.
To find out more about these first three sponsors, click here and here.
Find sponsors that fit within the content of your web site: your site will naturally start generating revenue.
If you have not yet clicked on any of the links above, you can search below.
Finding the right sponsor is absolutely the best way to allow your web site to earn you money naturally. In other words, you do not need to do anything special, once you have the sponsors that are right for your site.
How do you know which sponsor is the right one for your site?
Basically, you should look for sponsors that bear some relationship to the theme(s) your web pages are centered on. Then you will not go wrong!
For example, if your pages are dedicated to cooking, get sponsors in the "Food & Drinks" category. AllPosters.com (see above) has the advantage of offering images on all sorts of themes, cooking included!
If your web pages are dedicated to football, search for sponsors in the "Sports & Fitness" category, and you may also do well looking into the "Recreation & Leisure", in addition. And so forth.
In sum, find sponsors which are related to the content that you offer on your website! Your guests will naturally click on the links to these sponsors, as your guests need something that the sponsors offer, and/or when something that the sponsors are offering seems particularly interesting to your guests, or makes them curious...
Below are search boxes, where you can look further for sponsors.
The first two are the sponsor networks that we recommend the most--especially if you are a beginner, but certainly not only if you are a beginner.
The search-box below leads to a huge directory where you can search among indeed a very large list of affiliate programs.
We suggest you don't use this list to search for a sponsor, if you are a beginnger. You need to be acquainted with affiliate marketing in order to be able to discern which programs are worth signing up with and which you'd rather not use time with. But of course you can search and browse as much as you will, and certainly to your advantage, as you'll always gain some experience from getting a bit more familiar with this ever growing world on-line.
Here's briefly what these mean:
The click-through or pay-per-click category is the easiest, though usually the one offering the lowest paying rates, hardly worth the trouble unless you have huge traffic. If you are not ambitious, anyway, this may be a good way to start, or perhaps practice, we should say: your web site (you) will be paid a small amount every time one of your guests clicks on a link to your sponsors. This amount is really very small, often as low as .01 cent per click. So, get your calculator and figure out how many clicks you'd need before you can go out for dinner to celebrate your first check!...
Note:Pay-per-click was discontinued at Commission Junction, as of August 1, 2001, and is increasingly becoming a rare type of affiliate program. Commission Junction no longer supporting pay-per-click programs, all pay-per-click commissions in the CJ network were set to zero on that date and publishers no longer receive commissions from clicks.
The remaining of revenue possibilities offered by the CJ network have not been altered, though, nor are there plans in this regard, as far as we know. (more about this change.).

If you choose the Pay-per-sale category, your web site (you) will only get paid every time that someone who clicks on the sponsor's link actually makes a purchase from that sponsor. The pay rates are usually the highest; however, it's likely that you will not make sales quite as easily as you can get mere click-throughs. On the other hand, one single click that ends in a purchase may be objectively worth more than thousands of click-throughs! [ Return ]
Finally, the Pay-per-lead category is somewhat in between the two dealt with above. Neither do you get automatic payment every time one of your guests clicks on a sponsor's link, nor is it necessary that your guests make any purchase for you to derive revenue. A lead by no means implies a commitment on the part of the person who has clicked; it just usually implies the possibility of a future follow up (which may or may not yield future business/sales).
So, a lead (in resonance with the very meaning of the word) somehow implies a potential customer. Or it may imply someone who has not made any purchase at all and may never do it, but who has shown some interest and possibly left some means of future contact (such as an e-mail address), or someone who has answered a questionnaire, and so forth. Signing up for a mailing list, for example, can also be interpreted as a lead. The payment rate per lead is usually higher than per click and of course lower than per sale. We believe this is a good compromise, in case you don't want to get started with the highest paying modality.

By now you must be thinking that we forgot to tip you on Two-Tiered Programs... But no! We're just leaving this term for the end because it describes a different category from those above. This term simply indicates that the program will [1] pay you as your direct sponsor (i.e., for clicks or leads or sales generated from your web site) and also [2] pay you "indirectly", so to speak: you are offered a small bonus (usually very small, but not always) every time that someone who has joined that program under you registers a click or lead or sale, whichever the category that this program belongs to. In other words, with Two-Tiered Programs, you make money both directly and indirectly (the latter occurring either every time someone directly under you makes money, or just when this person first joins the program).
Unless you are really serious about making money on the net, you're likely not to derive any great advantage out of Two-Tiered and Three-Tiered Programs.
We'd suggest that you just disregard whether a program you may be interested in is Two-Tiered or not, and rather examine the program itself, the kinds of images and other links they provide (are they tasteful? nice looking? or would they disrupt the harmony of your web page? can the product be attractive to your guests?), etc. [ Return ]
Final Tip: Even if you do not wish to market your web site seriously, and prefer to stick to the first category above (pay-per-click), it is not a bad idea to get a sponsor that pays per sale and/or certainly also one (or more) that pays per lead, in addition. After all, you cannot guess what your guests may do, what needs/interests they may have when they are visiting your web site. Usually, you are not required to have any minimum amount of clicks or leads or sales, nor do you have to pay anything either, to sign up for a sponsor. That is to say: you have nothing to lose!
So, why not give it a try?!:)...
[1] Enter in the Search Box a number of keywords that you feel applicable to the contents of your web site (enter each keyword at a time!),
[2] choose the payment form that you prefer (or leave all options ticked, so you widen the scope of your search--you can always restrict your choices later),
[3] select the category/categories applicable to your case (or leave the "all categories" default on, to start with, so you widen the scope of your search--you can always restrict your choices later)
[4] and click the "Search" button!
