3rd gas station murder suspect turns himself in to police
A third man wanted in connection with the robbery of a BP gas station turned himself in to police Friday, authorities said. Tony Bivens, 17, was charged with aggravated robbery with a gun specification. He is believed to have been in the getaway vehicle with Anthony Belton, 22, and Dymon Bolton, 18, after the fatal shooting of gas station clerk, Matthew Dugan, 34, police said.

Ohio offers aid, tax-credit plan to save Seneca County courthouse As Seneca County teeters on the brink of tearing down its historic 1884 courthouse, the Ohio Department of Development yesterday laid out a plan to provide up to $900,000 for renovation, plus up to an additional $2 million for the project in historic tax credits.
