3rd gas station murder suspect turns himself in to police
A third man wanted in connection with the robbery of a BP gas station turned himself in to police Friday, authorities said. Tony Bivens, 17, was charged with aggravated robbery with a gun specification. He is believed to have been in the getaway vehicle with Anthony Belton, 22, and Dymon Bolton, 18, after the fatal shooting of gas station clerk, Matthew Dugan, 34, police said.
